The membership and credit pack

These are the US dollar offer prices. The checkout or Apple purchase sheet shows the price and currency available to you, any applicable tax, and the final amount before you pay. Local store prices may differ.

Current availability: Dayglide is in beta. Paid purchases are not generally available yet. These policies describe the offer when it becomes available; this page does not start a subscription or take payment.

Your free trial and beta access

The standard new-account trial includes 30 days of the full app and 600 AI credits total. No card is required. It ends without charging you; starting a paid membership is a separate choice.

Invited friends beta access includes 60 days of the full app, with 1,500 credits in each 30-day window. Any extension must be granted separately. Trial and beta allowances cannot be repeatedly claimed by creating extra accounts.

If you choose to subscribe before free access ends, the paid subscription starts when you buy it. You are charged then, and your paid billing cycle and allowance replace the remaining free period. There is no automatic deferral until the trial ends.

When you are charged

A paid membership automatically renews each month until you cancel. Your billing provider shows your next renewal date and receipt. Included AI credits refresh with your monthly subscription period, not necessarily on the first day of the calendar month.

For web purchases, Stripe processes the payment method you authorize. For Apple purchases, Apple charges your Apple Account under the terms shown on its purchase sheet. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge; for Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

If payment fails, paid access may lapse according to your provider’s subscription status. Purchased credits do not disappear because you cancel or a payment fails; they become usable again with an active paid membership.

How your AI credits work

• Included credits reset. The 1,500-credit paid allowance refreshes each billing month. Unused included credits do not roll over. Trial credits are a single allowance for the trial.
• Purchased credits do not expire. They are used after your included allowance, remain on your account if you cancel, and require an active paid membership to use.
• Requests have different costs. A short conversation and a complex planning request can use different amounts. Credits measure AI usage, not a fixed number of messages.
• No automatic overages. Running out of credits does not authorize another payment. You can buy a pack if subscribed, or wait for the next included allowance.

Your in-app allowance shows included and purchased balances and usage history. Some requests reserve credits before they begin; the final usage charge can be lower than that estimate. If a balance or charge looks wrong, contact support so we can review it.

Manual planning remains available during an active membership, trial, or beta period even if AI credits run out. After that access ends, saved account data remains available to read and export.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Bought on the web

Open Dayglide’s Settings → AI allowance → Manage subscription to view your subscription, receipts, payment method, and cancellation options. If you cannot access your account or the billing portal, contact support for help.

Bought through Apple

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dayglide, then choose Cancel Subscription. You can also open Apple’s subscription settings. Apple’s cancellation guide has instructions for other devices.

Canceling stops the next renewal; your paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund the current period. See Refunds & cancellation for refund eligibility.

Uninstalling the app, signing out, or disconnecting a calendar does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing. Check that cancellation is confirmed with the provider that issued your receipt.

One account across devices

Use the same Dayglide account on the web, iPhone, and Mac. Manage a purchase with the provider that originally billed you. Before buying again, check your current subscription to avoid paying for a second one.

If an Apple purchase is missing, use Restore purchases in the app when restoration is available, with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Contact support if the entitlement still does not appear. An Apple purchase cannot be canceled in Stripe’s billing portal.
